AM Best will participate in a panel discussion on credit rating agencies during the Association of Insurance and Financial Analysts (AIFA) annual conference, which will take place March 1-2, 2021.
Steven Chirico, director, will participate in the rating agency panel discussion, which will take place at 1 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, March 2. The panel features executives from leading insurance industry rating agencies, and as part of the presentation, Chirico will focus on AM Best’s outlooks for the leading insurance industry segments, as well as discuss relevant industry issues.
The conference, which typically is attended by insurance analysts, investors and other related industry participants, will explore leading and emerging challenges faced by the property/casualty and life insurance sectors, as well as the reinsurance and insurance brokerage industries. Chirico has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and currently is responsible for managing a team of analysts with portfolios of commercial and alternative risk insurers and reinsurers. Chirico also is a licensed certified public accountant.
