Southwest Transit on-demand service adds Shakopee; MOA, MSP may be next

Southwest Transit, the Twin Cities suburban bus service, has seen regular ridership plummet during the Covid-19 pandemic. So it's shifting focus to irregular riders, expanding its on-demand service to cities like Shakopee — and maybe the Mall of America and the airport, as well.
