Stambaugh Ness (SN) announced that effective November 9, 2020, it has acquired T. Wayne Owens & Associates, PC, a certified public accounting firm headquartered in Augusta, GA, and TWO CPAs & Consultants, Inc., a consulting firm headquartered in Dublin, OH. Joining the firm as Owners are T. Wayne Owens, CPA, CGMA, CDA; Mindy L. Toole, CPA, CGMA, CDA; Brad Wilson, CMA, CDA; and Becky Carlson, CPA, ABV, CDA. In addition to the new owners, 12 employees have joined SN.
This combination strengthens SN's position as an Architecture & Engineering (AE) thought leader and the go-to national firm serving the AE industry. Delivering solutions that are anticipatory, products that are innovative, and approaches that focus on transforming businesses, SN serves over 1,000 AE clients nationally in all 50 states with team members in 19.
