The Remanufacturing Industries Council, the unified voice for the global reman industry, announced the appointment of new Officers and two new Board members.
The newly appointed Officers include:
• Chairman - Vaughn Henson, Director of Business Development, SRC Holdings Corporation
• Vice-Chair - Jena Holtberg-Benge, General Manager, John Deere Reman
• Secretary - Paul Adamson, Chief Revenue Officer, America’s Remanufacturing Company
• Treasurer - Michael Schmit, Director, Remanufacturing Technology, GE Healthcare
• Immediate Past Chair - John Disharoon, Director, Market Access, Caterpillar Inc.
The Chairmanship was vacated by John Disharoon, Director, Market Access, Caterpillar Inc. Disharoon has served on the Executive Committee for four years and the Board of Directors for five years.

John served as Chairman of the Board with the utmost integrity, and we are grateful for his guidance and leadership over the years. New board members, Carl Fletcher, Leader Reman & Aftersales Development, Navistar Inc., and Mark Nugent, Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development, BBB Industries, were elected to two-year terms starting Feb. 1, 2020.

Reelected to new terms are Jena Holtberg-Benge, General Manager, John Deere; William Schofield, President, Advanced Electrical & Motor Controls; Michael Schmit, Director, Remanufacturing Technology, GE Healthcare; Paul Adamson, Chief Revenue Officer, America’s Remanufacturing Company; Don Olson, Head of Nokia Circular Supply Operations, Nokia.
