Eyecare Services Partners (ESP), the national leader in integrated eye care services, announced the appointment of Dakon H. Montgomery as Chief Operating Officer, effective today.
Mr. Montgomery comes to ESP with 12 years of leadership experience in outpatient healthcare services. Most recently he was a Senior Vice President in the Ambulatory Surgery Division (ASC) of HCA Healthcare in Dallas, where he was responsible for four divisions encompassing seven markets and 37 ambulatory surgery centers. Prior to that he was Vice President, Corporate Development – Ambulatory Surgery Division for HCA responsible for ASC acquisitions and facility development in the western half of the U.S. This followed four years as Vice President of Operations – Far West Division for HCA. Before joining HCA he was Regional Vice President of Amsurg. He has a strong background in finance and financial analysis, having held prior leadership roles as Director of Finance and Senior Financial Analyst.
