("DST" or the "Corporation") (DST: CSE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert Sellars to the Board of Directors. Mr. Sellars is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dundee Corporation, the parent company of DST.
Mr. Brian Howlett, President, CEO and director of DST welcomed Mr. Sellars to the Board of Directors. With over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector, Mr. Sellars has held many senior financial roles within the Dundee group since March 2000. He holds an MBA in Finance, is a CA and CPA, and is a CFA charter-holder.
The Corporation also announces that Mr. L. Geoffrey Morphy has retired form its Board of Directors. Mr. Morphy served with distinction on DST's board since February 3, 2017 and "On behalf of the Board of Directors and Management of DST, I would like to thank Geoff for his invaluable contribution to the advancement and commercialization efforts of DST over the past few years and I wish you all the best in your new endeavours", said Mr. Brian Howlett.
Mr. Hubert Marleau has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Marleau also acts as Chair of the Audit Committee and seats on the Compensation, Nominating & Governance Committee and the Special Committee.
