Uber launches new 'comfort' tier option in 43 cities, including 'Raleigh-Durham'

Ridesharing service Uber Technologies has launched a new ride tier in Atlanta that gives customers access to a quiet ride, control over the vehicle's air conditioning and higher rated drivers.
