Nine states – but not Texas – support AT&T in antitrust battle

Nine state attorneys general filed an unprecedented amicus brief late Wednesday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit declaring their support for the AT&T merger with Time Warner and their opposition to the federal government’s arguments.
