Plant Vogtle opponents appeal vote to complete nuclear project

Three organizations opposed to the nuclear expansion at Plant Vogtle filed an appeal Monday challenging the Georgia Public Service Commission's decision to let Georgia Power Co. finish the $25 billion project.
