Pandora slashes staff, says Oakland is too expensive so it will expand in Atlanta

Pandora estimates that the latest job cuts will save it $45 million annually, adding that Atlanta presents “a significant opportunity to add instrumental talent in a region with lower costs than the company’s headquarters.”
