PR Log - Oct 26, 2012 - Bohemia, NY –Monarch Metal has developed a new custom fabricated Monarch Even Hole Z Clip with the holes in line as opposed to offset. The Company will continue to stock its original Monarch Z Clip design, but now offers the even holed variation as a service to its top customers.
The key value added of the even hole Monarch Z Clip design is the faster panel processing time for installers. For customers using a cnc machine it reduces lateral movements along the panel to pre-drill the offset holes. For customers using line boring machines, the holes are 32mm apart allowing customers to drill all of the holes across the panel in one process.
The even hole panel clips offer the same fast and easy installation as the original clips. Monarch’s Z-Clips | Panel Clips work in a similar fashion to a french cleat, a metal cleat or a hanging cleat. A continuous length of the Monarch Z Clip is mounted along the wall and shorter clips are mounted on the back of a panel.
Chris Smith of Monarch Metal commented, "We have custom made these for customers for a number of years. We have decided to begin stocking them in order to offer customers an even faster lead time. Most of our orders will ship the same day the order is placed.”
This marks the third product introduction in 2012 for Monarch Metal. Earlier this year, Monarch introduced 1/4'' Lift Off Z Clips to allow customers to mount panels tighter against a ceiling. During the summer, Monarch launched marine grade stainless steel z clips for installations in harsh environments or where corrosion is an issue.
