Paula Jones Presents an Adventure-Filled Story That Teaches Children Respect and Compassion

By: WebWire

Do bullies deserve the things that happen to them? Is there any chance for them to change?

In a whimsical story of adventures and lessons, children will ride the waves and dive deep into the ocean to witness a bully change. Paula Jones presents “Clark the Shark.”

Clark is a shark who loves to surf. Occasionally, he picks on smaller sea creatures by stealing food and chasing and frightening them. One day, Clark picks on Myrtle, a turtle. Myrtle swam as fast as she could, and as she passed through a donut-shaped coral, Clark tried to pass through the coral too but ended up getting stuck because of his size. Helpless, Clark must learn a lesson he will remember for the rest of his life.

“Clark the Shark” talks about a pandemic—bullying. It is a global issue that can have terrible repercussions for most people. Young children in kindergarten and pre-school should learn to appreciate other children as individuals and learn through “Clark the Shark.” Paula presents a lesson for the little ones—to treat others how they want others to treat them before they enter a more sophisticated school setting. She establishes cultural competence tactics, skills, and programs that increase healthy communication and relationship development. She advocates strategically focusing on prevention rather than treatment and implementing proven intervention measures that deliver concrete, long-term benefits for people, families, schools, and communities, as well as building and maintaining a healthy social atmosphere in schools and youth-centered contexts.

Paula presents a holistic book that teaches children how to be more compassionate while entertaining them through an underwater adventure.
