Biogen reported revenues of $2.74 billion, up 3.4% year on year, outperforming analysts’ expectations by 12.1%. The business had an incredible quarter with a beat of analysts’ EPS estimates and an impressive beat of analysts’ full-year EPS guidance estimates.

Weakest Q2: Myriad Genetics (NASDAQ: MYGN)

Founded in 1991 as one of the pioneers in translating genetic discoveries into clinical applications, Myriad Genetics (NASDAQ: MYGN) develops genetic tests that assess disease risk, guide treatment decisions, and provide insights across oncology, women's health, and mental health.

Myriad Genetics reported revenues of $190.7 million, down 10.5% year on year, falling short of analysts’ expectations by 8.2%. It was a disappointing quarter as it posted full-year revenue guidance missing analysts’ expectations and a significant miss of analysts’ EPS estimates.

Myriad Genetics delivered the weakest performance against analyst estimates and weakest full-year guidance update in the group. As expected, the stock is down 20.5% since the results and currently trades at $4.27.

United Therapeutics (NASDAQ: UTHR)

United Therapeutics reported revenues of $783.3 million, down 1.9% year on year. This print surpassed analysts’ expectations by 2.3%. Overall, it was a strong quarter as it also logged a beat of analysts’ EPS estimates.

The stock is up 5.2% since reporting and currently trades at $545.45.

Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN)
