RealPlus is excited to announce the launch of the RealPlus AI Connector, opening new possibilities for how real estate professionals access, analyze, and work with RealPlus data through AI. The initiative represents the latest step in RealPlus’ ongoing effort to bring its decades of real estate data and technology infrastructure into the next generation of professional workflows.

The RealPlus AI Connector uses the latest MCP technology to connect AI Assistants, such as Claude and ChatGPT, which many agents and brokerages use daily, directly to their RealPlus listing system data and tools. Built on MCP, this connector lets agents ask their AI assistant to search for listings, manage customers, and access market analytics using live RealPlus information. Using natural-language prompts, agents can interact with their RealPlus listing system data without switching between applications. The connector provides access to 69 tools across 12 product categories, a RealPlus knowledge base, the platform’s full inventory of NYC listing and building search data, and market analytics with historical records dating back to 2003. Security and data governance are built into the system, with authenticated permissions that limit the AI assistant to the same access available to the signed-in RealPlus user. The connector operates under each agent’s RealPlus login, using the same data and customer profiles they already use in the listing system. Agents can also instruct their assistant to produce a wide range of output, from reports and presentations to spreadsheets and detailed market charts and analysis. All content can be custom-branded and easily shared with clients. Access to the AI Connector is also included with RealPlus All Access NYC and RealPlus ReSource subscriptions with no per-use fees.
