Acquisition adds premier commercial and private bank with ~$1.2B in assets to MidFirst’s growing Texas footprint
MidFirst Bank (“MidFirst”), the largest privately owned bank in the nation, today announced the successful completion of its previously announced acquisition of Dallas Capital Bank.

Dallas Capital Bank will continue to operate under its current name as a division of MidFirst Bank until the transition to the MidFirst Bank systems and brand in May of 2027.
