• Three-time MVP, business mogul and investor Alex Rodriguez will headline a live keynote conversation focused on building the “Mindset of a Champion.” As part of the discussion, he will share how he transformed from a young player with big ambitions into one of baseball’s most accomplished athletes. Alex’s principles behind his champion mindset, which are finding your strengths, working hard and staying focused, can apply to both business and life.

• Bestselling author and growth expert Alex Banayan will lead a session titled, “What’s Possible: The Third Door to an Unforgettable Legacy,” where he will share strategies for cultivating bold thinking, embracing persistence and going all in to drive growth regardless of external challenges.

• NFL RedZone host Scott Hanson will emcee “A Night to Remember: Where Legacy Comes to Life,” Launch’s dinner and awards gala celebrating the firm’s top leaders.
