Firm earns the most awards in Southeast and second highest total in the nation
Pinnacle Financial Partners has earned 24 Greenwich Excellence and six Greenwich Best Brand Awards, recognizing the firm as one of very few financial institutions in the nation with measurably distinctive service quality and brands for service. These Greenwich awards are given on a national and regional basis for service to small business and middle market clients. With 30 awards, Pinnacle earned more than any other bank in the Southeast, with only one other bank in the U.S. winning more.

“We believe treating clients like they matter as individuals is the right thing to do and the best path to sustainable growth in banking,” said Terry Turner, Pinnacle’s president and CEO. “Competing on price is easy but doesn’t win long-term loyalty. Only great service, the kind clients can’t get anywhere else, brings that. Our associates connect with clients on an individual level to truly understand their needs and how to meet them. It’s what powers our success and leads us to earn some of the highest service metrics in the nation. We’re honored by our clients’ loyalty, their advocacy and the trust they place in us on a daily basis.”
Pinnacle’s 24 Greenwich Excellence Awards represent clients’ feelings about their financial advisors and the firm as a whole. Of the awards, 16 are national honors and eight are regional.
