CP Group Leases 18,000 SF of Spec Office Suites at One and Two Ravinia in Atlanta, Ga.

Atlanta’s second-largest office landlord continues to lease up newly constructed spec suites, welcomes diverse tenant roster to prime Central Perimeter office park

CP Group, the second-largest office landlord in Atlanta, today announced the leasing of more than 18,000 square feet of its newly constructed spec suites at One and Two Ravinia — two 17-story towers totaling 800,000 square feet — in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket.

As part of its ‘worCPlaces’ flexible workspace offering, CP Group designed customized spec suites to meet the needs of companies seeking move-in ready, yet scalable, office environments for evolving teams. The new tenants that will occupy five of the 12 individual spec suites at One and Two Ravinia, to include:

  • Appvault, a recruitment marketing solutions company
  • Togetherwork, a software development company
  • The Anderson Group, a Keller Williams company
  • Titanium Logistics, an asset-based transportation and logistics company
  • Walk On’s, a national sports bar and restaurant chain

Eric Ross, Sabrina Gibson, and Stewart Thrash of CBRE represented CP Group in all five transactions. These newly constructed spec suites range from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet, and seven spec suites are still available for lease.
