(b) Jill Beraud, an executive vice president with responsibility for global operations, is leaving the organization, effective June 12, 2015.
In the interest of further aligning Registrant’s corporate and regional strategies, Jennifer de Winter, Senior Vice President - Northern America, will report directly to Frederic P. Cumenal, Registrant’s Chief Executive Officer, and Registrant is conducting an external search for a Senior Vice President - International, who will also report directly to Mr. Cumenal. In the interim, all region heads will report directly to Mr. Cumenal.
