Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 8, 2004, Primus Guaranty, Ltd. issued a press release announcing operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2004. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
