Attached is an English translation of the letter dated July 15, 2014 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 
 
 

By letter dated July 15, 2014, the Company reported that its subsidiary Brasilagro - Companhia Brasileira de Propiedades Agricolas ("Brasilagro") sold a fraction of 1,164 hectares (913 productive) of Araucaria Farm, located in Mineiros, State of Goias for a total amount of 735,000 soybean bags or R$ 41.3 million ($R45,000/Ha), from which 75,000 soybean bags (R$4.5 million) have been collected, and the remaining will be cancelled in 4 annual installments.
 
The asset was valued at R$ 10.7 million (adquisition cost plus investments).
 
Currently, Cresud´s stake in Brasilagro is 39.64%.
