Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 4, 2016, Lee Downing, Executive Vice President - Store Operations and Real Estate for Tractor Supply Company (the “Company”), resigned his position with the Company. With Mr. Downing’s departure, John Ordus, Senior Vice President - Store Operations, will assume responsibility for Store Administration, Customer Solutions and the Help Desk. He will report directly to Greg Sandfort, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ordus was promoted to his current position as Senior Vice President - Store Operations in August 2015 after serving as a Regional Vice President/Director of Store Operations since 2008. He has been with the Company for more than 13 years and has more than 20 years of experience in the farm and ranch retail sector. Real Estate and Construction responsibilities will report directly to Mr. Sandfort.
