On December 21, 2004 Huffy Corporation ("Huffy") filed its Financial Reports and Certification of Compliance with United States Trustee Operating Requirements for the period ended December 4, 2004 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  A copy of the financial reports is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
