Closing of Shareholder Register Woori Bank announced that its shareholder register will be closed from July 1, 2015 to July 3, 2015, to determine the shareholders entitled to 2015 interim dividends. The record date will be June 30, 2015. Detailed information regarding the schedule and the dividend amount are subject to approval of Woori Bank’s board of directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on a later date.
