On November 10, 2004, Technical Olympic USA, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $.015 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock, payable on December 22, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2004. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
