Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 30, 2016, Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
On March 30, 2016, the Company also held a conference call to discuss the Company’s financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the transcript of the relevant portion of the conference call (the “Transcript”) is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
