Gladstone Investment Corporation Announces Adjournment of 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

 

MCLEAN, VA., August 2, 2018: Gladstone Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: GAIN) (the “Company”) held its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on Thursday, August 2, 2018. To solicit additional votes to establish a quorum for the Annual Meeting, the meeting was adjourned until Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. EDT, and will reconvene at that time as a live webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/GAIN2018.
