ALERT: ChipMOS TAIWAN COMMENCES TWSE TRADING UNDER TICKER 8150 ON APRIL 11, 2014
Hsinchu, Taiwan, April 11, 2014 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. (ChipMOS or the Company) (NASDAQ: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and testing services, today announced that ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (ChipMOS Taiwan), its majority owned subsidiary, commences trading on Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) on April 11, 2014 under Stock Ticker 8150, with 864.6 million shares outstanding, of which the Company owns approximately 522.1 million or 60.4% of the shares outstanding. Shares that previously traded on the Gre Tai Securities Market will now trade on the TWSE and cease trading on the Gre Tai Securities Market.
Information on and related to the ChipMOS Taiwans listing application has been disclosed in the Companys earlier announcements on its March 18, April 12, April 18, May 10, August 26, October 8 and November 27, 2013 and January 28, March 11, March 28, April 1 and April 3, 2014 press releases.
