Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated on May 2, 2006 filed by Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated May 2, 2006, the Company reported that following up on the information disclosed in connection with the entrance the Brazilian market through the company BrasilAgro, the Company entered into a loan agreement with Credit Suisse International for an amount of up to US$ 8,000,000 aimed at funding in a more efficient manner, from the financial and business perspectives, the various aspects related to its investment in Brazil. The term of the referred loan is two years and a half and it accrues interest at 3-month LIBOR rate plus 375 basis points.
