On February 21, 2006, Ottawa Savings Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared an initial cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 23, 2006, to stockholders of record as of March 3, 2006. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
