Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On February 17, 2005, Regeneration Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2004. The Company also announced that it had retained Lehman Brothers to explore strategic alternatives available to the Company. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
