                  BUNZL COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF SKIFFY GROUP

Further to the announcement made on 9 February 2004, Bunzl plc, the
international distribution and outsourcing Group, today announces that it has
completed the acquisition of the Skiffy Group from IWP International plc.
