(1) | 600,000 Units were redeemed by Global Innovation Partners LLC. Units are redeemable for cash based on the fair market value of an equivalent number of shares of Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (the "Issuer") common stock, or, at the election of the Issuer, an equal number of shares of the Issuer's common stock. The Issuer elected to redeem the Units with the net proceeds of a stock offering pursuant to the terms of the Fourth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Digital Realty Trust, L.P., dated as of October 26, 2005. The Units were redeemed pursuant to the exercise on October 3, 2006 of the underwriters' over-allotment option in the stock offering. The redemption price was $29.09 per Unit. The redemption price includes $0.04 per Unit in estimated expenses. The redemption closed on October 4, 2006. |
