On April 30, 2015, Colgate-Palmolive Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.  This press release is attached as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Andrew D. Hendry, Vice Chairman of the Company, has advised the Company of his decision to retire effective July 1, 2015 after 24 years of distinguished service with the Company. Until November 3, 2014, Mr. Hendry, 67, served as the Company’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary.  As previously announced, he was succeeded in that role by Jennifer M. Daniels, who joined the Company on that date.  The Company and its Board of Directors wish to thank Mr. Hendry for his many years of outstanding service.
