          The Chief Financial Officer of Tri-Valley Corporation (the “Company”), John E. Durbin, will address investors at the Global Hunter Securities Conference on July 18, 2011, at 3:30 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. The slides accompanying Mr. Durbin’s presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.  Attendance at this conference is by invitation only.  However, the Company will offer a live webcast of its presentation, which may be accessed at the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website at www.tri-valleycorp.com.
