5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers
On
November 14, 2007, Rick Wynns resigned
as a member of the Board of Directors of Innova Robotics and Automation, Inc.
(the “Company”), effective immediately. There was no disagreement between the
Company and Mr. Wynns which led to his resignation.
