On February 23, 2010, Facet Biotech Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2009 (the “Earnings Release”) and conducted a webcast conference call regarding these financial results (the “Webcast”).  The Earnings Release and transcript of the Webcast are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this current report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
