On September 17, 2007, Solera National Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has completed the first closing of its initial public offering of its common stock and opened Solera National Bank, its wholly-owned subsidiary.  The Company issued a press release attached as Exhibit 99.1.
