Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 29, 2004, we announced that we had received a subpoena from the United States Attorneys Office for the Southern District of New York requesting documents relating to transactions to which we were a party during the 2000 to 2002 time frame, and associated documents dating from January 1, 1999. We intend to cooperate fully with the subpoena requests.
