Effective June 30, 2006, Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (the “Registrant”) exercised its right to cancel an unsecured line of credit held available to the Registrant by the Bank of New York. The line of credit provided for extensions of credit in aggregate amounts not to exceed $30 million. There were no borrowings outstanding under the line of credit at June 30, 2006.
